Spectacula Bathroom Renovation

With a new baby on the way and three young children under the age of eight, it was essential for these Frankston homeowners, a couple in their early thirties, to find a trusted renovation builder who could deliver the project within a tight deadline. This Frankston bathroom and master suite renovation involved transforming an existing living room into a stunning Master Suite, complete with a spacious Walk-in Robe and a luxurious Master Ensuite. As a result, the home was reconfigured to include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private, resort-style Master retreat.

Thanks to thorough planning and due diligence before work began, the project ran smoothly with no major obstacles. Our preparation included obtaining engineering assessments to modify the existing concrete slab and creating a detailed schedule of works that accounted for the impending arrival of the new baby.

Our client, Ash, brought valuable experience to the process as an estimator for a volume builder. Her expertise shone through in colour selections and styling choices. The final design direction was a modern classic look, featuring elegant, neutral tones that created a timeless and cohesive aesthetic throughout the space.

One of the most memorable aspects of this project was celebrating the arrival of our very first “Smith & Sons baby.” Even during Ash’s labour, communication remained strong via our group chat, discussing details such as wardrobe layouts, towel hooks, and toilet fittings. Working with Ash and Dean was a fantastic experience, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of the renovation.
