A Luxury Renovation Worth Waiting For
For this busy young family of five, home has always been exactly where they wanted to be. As repeat clients, they had previously trusted us to complete a major extension to their indoor and outdoor living spaces in 2018. While that renovation transformed the way they lived, they had chosen more budget-conscious finishes for the ensuite, something they had always wished they could revisit. Years later, with their three primary school-aged children growing up and a little more financial freedom, they decided it was time to create the beautiful, luxurious spaces they had always dreamed of.
Staying in the neighbourhood they loved was never in question. Instead, they invested in making their home truly reflect their lifestyle. We completely renovated the dated and cramped bathroom, ensuite, walk-in robe and laundry, reconfiguring the master suite to create a spacious ensuite with a generous walk-in shower, double vanity and heated towel rails, while adding a stylish shaker-style built-in wardrobe with integrated lighting.
The family bathroom was refreshed with a walk-in shower replacing the unused bath, full height tiling and carefully positioned windows to improve privacy and durability. The laundry was transformed with custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, a pressed metal splashback, new floor tiles and a cavity door that maximised space while maintaining energy efficiency. Throughout the renovation, timber tones, soft sage green, grey tiles and elegant champagne Meir fittings combined to create a warm and sophisticated palette.
One of the most rewarding moments came at handover. Having complete confidence in our team, the clients resisted peeking behind the dust protection throughout the build, choosing instead to experience the finished spaces all at once. Their excitement and delight at the final reveal made this already special project even more memorable.
