This was a takeover job from another builder who built the house to lock up. The owners engaged Smith & Sons Ryde to do all the external works on the property from the front boundary to the rear boundary.
This included block wall, stone clad and steel front fence all made to suit; a portico to the front entry of the property; a big counter levered Blackbutt deck out the back looking over the pool; a boardwalk that covers the width of the property with double laminated frameless glass balustrades; an extension to the pool area and fence out; retaining walls to the back yard; Blackbutt timber screening and screening to the under side of the counter levered deck; all the landscaping from front to back as per a designer's plan; laser cut aluminium screens to the front windows; replacement of the side boundary fence with colourbond and the other built a core filled block wall 1800 high; painting of all the steel in the bridge paint and sealing of all the external hardwood.
