December we finished a large extension to our home (North Shore - Sydney). After Design & Spec stage we spoke to 6 builders and Brett from Smith & Sons was a standout. He listens, comes up with excellent advice and solutions to budget.
Brett's builders, and tradies were excellent - very skilled, great rapport and a cleanup each day before leaving our worksite
The build was finished early, exactly what we wanted on budget and well supervised.
