Smith and Sons (Sutherland) recently completed our project on renovation/addition. The project involved knocking down part of the house and adding an additional floor. With the size of the project and the horror stories we heard, we were reluctant before signing on with anyone. I still remember during our first meeting; we bombarded George with various questions regarding the process of construction. George’s patience and extensive knowledge had put us at ease. Not long after we started, we have faced our first obstacle – asbestos. While George and his team were excavating the site, they found asbestos in the ground near the driveway. Thanks to George and his team quick problem solving, they provided us with their best advice and saved us from blowing up our budget. George had always worked closely with us and informed us every step of the way. He would send us photos and updates regularly even when we were away. We also would like to take this opportunity to thank George’s team. Not only their craftsmanship is outstanding, their dedication and efficiency are also much appreciated. Without them, the process would not be as smooth as it could. We would highly recommend Smith and Sons (George Khoury) to everyone.
