If I had one word to describe my recent home extension experience it would be “smooth.”  We always hear the horror stories of shonky builders and fly-by-night tradesmen.  This was the complete opposite.  I couldn’t believe how well coordinated all the trades were.  Everyone arrived on time, did what they had to do without fuss and cleaned up after themselves.  They didn’t destroy my rose garden (which was very close) and took all their rubble and some of mine away at the end.

Hayden was a pleasure to deal with and all the tradesmen I met were polite and cooperative.  All I had to do was make a few cups of tea and stay out of their way.  I’ve passed Hayden’s card onto my neighbour and a few workmates who have growing families.  If I ever needed to do it again I wouldn’t hesitate.
