We love renovating existing homes.

Travis Vanderwey — Registered Builder
Travis started his career as a carpenter, spending years working hands-on in construction and developing a strong appreciation for quality workmanship and the details that make a difference in a home.
Working on the tools gave Travis a solid understanding of how homes are actually built. Over time, he wanted to take a bigger role in the renovation process – not just building what was on the plans, but helping homeowners work out the best way to achieve what they wanted.
Today, Travis works closely with clients, designers and trades throughout the project. He brings practical construction knowledge to the early stages, helps identify problems before they become bigger issues and works through challenges when they arise.
As the main point of contact throughout construction, Travis makes sure clients know what's happening, understand the decisions they need to make and have someone they can turn to when questions or challenges come up.
Karli Vanderwey — Project & Business Coordination
Karli plays an important role behind the scenes, helping keep the business and each project organised.
From contracts and project administration through to selections, Karli helps keep track of the details that help each project run smoothly. As a qualified colour consultant, she also brings a strong eye for colour, finishes and selections, helping clients work through the many choices involved in creating a cohesive home.
While Travis is the main point of contact for clients throughout construction, Karli works behind the scenes to support the project and keep the administrative side of things running smoothly.
Her focus is organisation, attention to detail and making sure the many moving parts behind each project are taken care of.
Two sides of the same process
Travis and Karli have different roles, but the business works because those roles come together.
Travis brings the construction knowledge and practical problem solving clients rely on throughout the build. Karli brings organisation, administration and attention to the details behind the scenes.
Together, they give clients the benefit of two people working toward the same outcome, while keeping the experience personal and hands-on.
Renovations can be complex. We believe they don't need to feel chaotic.
Our role is to help you make good decisions, deal with the challenges when they come and ultimately create a home that feels right for you.
