Bright, Modern, and Family-Friendly: A Full-Scale Bathroom and Laundry Transformation

For this young family, updating their home was about more than just looks. They wanted calm, functional spaces that supported daily life, without the hassle of managing the renovation themselves. They came to us for a smooth, end-to-end experience, and we delivered a full transformation of their bathrooms, laundry, walk-in robe and flooring.

The home was tired and outdated, with interiors that had seen better days. Our goal was to create something lighter, more modern and family friendly. We completely overhauled the main bathroom, ensuite and water closet with new REECE fixtures, sleek vanities and frosted glass shower screens for privacy. Built-in shower ledges with Kitkat feature tiles added style and practicality.

In the laundry, we installed new cabinetry and appliances for a more functional layout. The walk-in robe was fitted with custom white joinery to suit the family’s storage needs. Throughout the home, we laid Karndean Longboard vinyl planks in Lemon Spotted Gum for warmth and durability, with soft Elephant Grey carpet in the bedrooms. Walls were painted in Haymes Polar Bear 1, and we used a soft, neutral palette to keep the spaces bright and inviting.

Concrete cutting took longer than expected and gave our team a real workout, but the results made it worthwhile. Every detail, from timber-look finishes to clever storage, was chosen to bring comfort and style to everyday living. This renovation shows how good design and expert execution can bring new life to a family home.
