    Starting his building career in 2009, Samuel Hopkins leads the Smith & Sons Maroochydore team with a hands-on approach and a passion for transforming homes across the Sunshine Coast.

    Sam began his career in the Australian Army, where he trained as a carpenter with the Royal Australian Engineers. That foundation, combined with years running his own carpentry business, has given him a deep understanding of how to build from the ground up.

    Inspired by his father and grandfather, both builders, Sam values honesty, craftsmanship and clear communication. His goal is simple: to deliver quality renovations and make the process enjoyable and stress free for every client.

    Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his two daughters, keeping fit and enjoying the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
