    Ben has over 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. He finished at the top of his class at TAFE and was awarded the only job on offer to graduates.
    After subcontracting for a few years Ben moved onto site supervising a variety of building and construction projects. Ben’s wealth of experience led him to obtain his builders licence and complete his Diploma.
    Ben has been running his own company for some time now, specialising in new home construction and renovations.

    Office Manager

    Jasmin has been working in the building industry for the past 5 years alongside her husband Ben. In this time, they have designed and built several spec homes of their own as well as renovations.
    As office manager for Smith & Sons Bargara, Jasmin takes care of all the administration work behind the scenes. This includes bookkeeping, data entry, and management of project documentation and forms. She works closely with Ben to ensure all projects run smoothly from an administration perspective.
    Jasmin loves seeing the transformations in all their renovations and making sure that they have met all the expectations and needs of their clients.
