Ray Hwang from Smith and Sons, Brisbane City Qld, had previously renovated our laundry five years ago, and we were so impressed with his friendliness, his knowledge, the quality of the result, and his fair pricing that we really only trusted Ray to renovate our ensuite and bathroom.
I really can’t say enough good things about Ray and his professionalism. He listened to what my dream bathrooms would look like, answering any questions along the way. Ray brought our vision to life and the end result is WOW, WOW, WOW. Ray not only met but exceeded our expectations, in particular with my request for a curved feature wall in our apartment ensuite. The comments from our family and friends are "Wow, you feel like you are in a day spa or a high-end resort". We now have a luxurious ensuite and bathroom at a fair and competitive price.
Ray's attention to detail is outstanding, with suggestions such as which tiles would suit our space, how the tiles should run, the colour of the grout, suggestions of what would appeal with positions of tap fittings and more, was highly regarded and adopted. Ongoing communication with Ray was consistent at every stage of the build, even sending through photos of the progress.

As we live in an apartment with a number of restrictions with regard to any work being performed at any time, Ray respected the by-laws and was a true gentleman, always courteous, punctual, and a tidy worker.
Ray was well organised with the whole process from the demolition to having the plumbers and electricians coordinated to fit in with his timeline. Ray empathized with any concerns I had and reacted accordingly, ensuring that the contractors did their best at all times, meeting not only Ray's high standards but ours.

It has only been a couple of weeks since our renovations have been completed and already, I have had a number of people wanting his details to obtain a quote from him for their renovations. They all respect as we do, the expertise and appreciate the professional quality of Rays work.
We are so very happy with our beautiful bathrooms and would not hesitate, at all to contact Ray for future projects.
