Our home renovation journey with Smith and sons Wyong was excellent right from the start.

We met Ben Falconer, the builder and Jak Rizzo, the architect, at our house. They went through with us what we wanted. I really liked that Jak wanted to design it with the direction of the sun in mind. We loved the design he came up with lots of windows in the right places. With a couple of minor changes it was ready and presented to council for approval. He dealt with the council and we didn’t need to do anything. All we had to do was wait.

When the plans were approved the builders began and we quickly started seeing changes. Ben consulted us and came to us with any concerns if he thought something in the build was not at a high standard and needed to be changed.

We had fun going to Harvey Norman commercial for our bathrooms and kitchen.  The lady we had there was very helpful and professional.

Tuggerah Tiles have an amazing range of beautiful tiles that are a much better price than other stores. They were very good at helping us with colours and patterns of tiles.

It all came together extremely well at the end of the build and we are so happy with our house. Ben was so good to deal with. He was professional, honest, trustworthy and very particular about getting things exactly right and at a high standard. If we were to do a renovation or build again, Ben at Smith and Sons Wyong would definitely be our first choice.
